Welcome to the Penthouse
Located on the North West corner of Beach and Ritchie Street, The Penthouse is bathed in sunshine all day long. The windows are tinted and doubled glazed so it doesn't get too hot. If it is, no problem, turn on the powerful aircondtioners and you will be as hot or as cold as you want. Bright and modern colours greet you at The Penthouse. A fantastic ceiling painted in Dulux Divinci Red suede effect paint gives the feeling of being in a Bedouin tent, Beech timber and terracotta tiles give The Penthouse a real Mediterranean feel.
R e l a x Unwind and watch the changing sea and the sun go down while listening to your favourite music. The sound system includes radio, CD, and Blu-ray DVD players. Great BBQ area complete with outdoor setting. Suitable for day or night time use and of course those fantastic views without the wind.
H u n g r y ! If you enjoy cooking you are going to love The Penthouse. For a start there is the view, perhaps start with a seafood entree. Top of the range appliances are available for you to enjoy plus a few favourite cook books. Secondly notice all the lovely granite bench area to spread out your creations. Thirdly where to eat inside or out?

The Penthouse has three bedrooms, with one Queen size bed, one King size bed and two Singles that can be zipped together to make a King size bed. The Mattresses are hand made in Warrnambool and have a soft wool top ensuring a perfect nights sleep. Bedroom one has its own ensuite, and bedrooms 2 and 3 share a separate shower and toilet. Bedroom 3 accesses directly to the sun deck.

Bubble away to your hearts content .... bring your favorite bubble bath and aromatherapy oils. An ensuite to die for, double spa bath with water jets and a 3 speed hot air blower. Granite surrounds and floor complete the picture. There is no shortage of hot water.
